I used a little station that Dr. Scholl's had set up (it was in the pharmacy section of the store). It lets you know how your arches are (high, flat, normal), shows you where you put pressure on your feet, and gives you a recommendation for inserts. It might be something you should cruise by Wal-Mart for if you feel like your having some minor problems with your feet and don't want to spend the cash to go see a podiatrist.
