I would agree with much of what has been said. With how active you are and the fact that you are nursing, you are bound to be dropping some weight by now. 4 pounds of fat is not really very likely, as some of it is surely water weight.

What have you heard in regards to how many calories per day you burn strictly from nursing? When we had our first, we were told by the nursing educator at the hospital that it was about 1300 cals/ day. That seems a bit high, as most of what I've read estimates about 500 cals/day.

Are you spying on me in the mornings?

This was my weigh-in weight for third-grade pee-wee football in 1982. I had to play fourth-grade football because I was "too heavy" for my classmates. I still sucked.

Man, I didn't hit 100 lbs till 9th grade. Thank heaven for late growth spurts, being the 3rd shortest person in your entire class is not fun. My junior year and the summer before my senior year were good to me.

I was the exact reverse. One of the taller kids in 6th grade (I think there were two taller) at 5'10". I was 6'1" by freshman year, but weighed only 130. I played football at 175. I was a skinny runt.

I had my weight spurt post mission.
Awesomeness now has a name. Let me introduce myself.

I was always the kid on the front row holding the sign in the class pictures.
