Looks like I'm going to have to start selling plasma.

About six months ago I promised my wife that if she did a chin-up or pull-up I would take her to Hawaii. Today she did two chin-ups from a free hang and now I need to make good on my promise.

That's impressive, and probably seemed like a safe bet at the time. Unfortunately, given her greatly improved strength she'll be able to kick your butt if you back away from the deal.
