I am down four additional lbs since my last report on CG. That makes a total of 15 lost and leaves five more to go for my goal of 20. Everybody is noticing now. I just need to keep it off this time.

Goal for Monday? That seems pretty fast to lose 3.

        I weigh Sunday mornings...

I will post then. I will use a real number too because I am not a chick about it.

No one here sees me daily, so if they think I am a fat ass (which I admittingly am) that is cool.

Most will think I am brave.

I always weigh before I head to PEC. I don't know why....

I have to admit that I have the opposite problem. I got sick last year and didn't eat much for a couple of days, then work got stressful and has stayed stressful for a long time. I've dropped about 30 pounds and I can barely wear my wedding band because it just slides off. I'm at a weight I haven't seen since early high school, I think. It's a lot colder in the winter, too, once you lose that extra padding.
I have nothing else to say at this time.

So Parrot, are your diamond shoes too tight as well? Tell us how hard it is to have to hold a wallet that is so heavy because of all of the money in it? Explain further how perfect your life is?

May you have an extra cold winter you skinny SOB!

                So here it is...

                360.

Down 1 lb from last week. I have set myself a 1-2 lb goal a week. I did absolutely nothing last week except for quit eating crap for breakfast and having a nice service of oatmeal.

Monday after Thanksgiving I am going to start walking 2.5 miles a night. Will update weekly.

No need for me to be shy.

I've gone through spurts where I've eaten only oatmeal for breakfast for several weeks at a time. I kind of like the stuff, especially when you realize its only 100-150 calories per serving. Compare that to the 600 calories that I typically have if I eat 2 big bowls of cold cereal. That change alone would give you a couple of pounds a month.

BTW, I just plugged in some numbers to a chart that I have. If you are walking at about 20 min/mile pace for 2.5 miles, at your current weight you should burn about 472 calories per session. Times 5 days per week gives you 2360 cals per week from walking alone.

With 3500 cals per pound of body weight, it wouldn't take too many diet changes to get 1-2 pounds per week off.

Weighed in at 200 pounds this morning. I suck at working out when I can't run.
