so at what point do we draw the line on exercise/calorie burning? For example, I play 3 hrs of pretty intense table tennis every thurs night at a club. I also use a push reel mower for an hour+ twice a week. These are things that definitely leave me feeling like I just worked out. I also have sex at least 10 times a week, that's gotta count for something too.
Or do we just stick to running, cycling, weight lifting, speedwalking, etc.
This may be getting a tad confusing for those who haven't read the whole thread. My understanding is that BFM's site will now handle all of the details. There is no longer a need to post any info in this thread re: registration for the challenge correct?
If that's all you burn you ain't doing it right. You burn more sitting according to Livestrong.
SG wisely understood that Ohio Blue is having sex 9 times a week with Rosie Palmer and her five sisters, which only burns 125/hr.

There's three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who's got the same first name as a city; and never go near a lady's got a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, everything else is cream cheese. --Coach Finstock

I may be small, but I'm slow.
