Looks like our wives' Christmases will be similar, as I will also be spending less than $1,500 on her gift.

Elliptical machines don't hurt and they give me a good workout but I also worry about looking gay when I'm on one so I'm a closet elliptical user.

I really liked this Proform 14.0 CE. It is sturdy and was able to handle my weight without much movement. It is pretty quiet and was very smooth when using. No bouncyness etc... And it has a incline.

Now, if you ever decide to throw some HEFTY amount of money. I would buy this in a heartbeat..

I think I've narrowed it down to either the Precor 5.23 or the Sole E35. Does anyone have any experience with either of these machines?

I don't get Moliere's gif. Is there something humorous going on? The creeper in the suit?

I did get my wife the Precor a couple years ago. It has been a great machine. Mrs. V is morphing into a terminator. She now goes 2-2.5 hours straight on level 10, six days a week. The only downside is I own 70+ movies from iTunes; thank goodness for Netflix series like Lost, Greys Anatomy, and Prison Break.

I didn't know masculine men couldn't use an elliptical machine. What do the Texas Manly Men rules say about going on vacation to Europe during football season?
