    Best Practices in Treadmill Flatulence

This is an anonymous poll in the interest of honesty. I'm interested in sharing technique and maybe learning a thing or two along the way. When this morning's breakfast burrito demands its day of reckoning, do you purge or pucker?

What the hell kind of question is this? I can't believe you'd ask such a stupid thing.

Purge, of course, and pretend you have a rocket booster propelling you along.

      Run outside.

I hate treadmills I don't know how anyone can run on those things for any significant amount of time.

Agreed, but that's a separate issue.

That is why I like this board. Nobody is afraid to shine a light on the real problems society is facing. It isn't just complaining either. People are offering SOLUTIONS. God bless America.

Babs, if you're not going to share tips and technique, just move along.

I believe the best advice was offered by the Beastie Boys:

"Slow and low, let yourself go.
Slow and low, that is the tempo."
"Sure, I fought. I had to fight all my life just to survive. They were all against me. Tried every dirty trick to cut me down, but I beat the bastards and left them in the ditch."
