Well I think Jay can defend, but will he? Kai is rumored to have been at 300. If he cuts he could be looking massive. Especially after his showing at the Arnold. Likewise Phil Heath can challenge and I certainly expect Branch to place again. Size rules again and I am not sure Jay can duplicate his best ever physique from last year so:

If Culter looks as good as last year I can't see him losing. I really like Phil Health's look but I just don't think he is wide enough. I hope Tony Freeman finally comes in shape. So I am picking Freeman as my dark horse top 3.

And FTR, Armstrong did NTO TAKE STEROIDS (if he took anythign at all). The drug of chocie for cyclists is EPO or similar. A few guys take testosterone for recovery, but the reall perfromance enhancer is EPO. EPO does not make you look like Iris.
