      Honestly, having done it - it feels pretty voodoo.

      "Lay on your back. Turn your head 90 degrees this direction. Hold for 30 seconds. Turn your head that direction. Hold for 30 seconds. Roll on your side. Hold for 30 seconds."

      Seems pretty hocky.
