I golfed there today. What a piece of crap course. Pencil thin fairways. No rough. It goes right from fairway to native vegetation (as we were teeing off the marshal asked us to please keep our carts off of the "native vegetation". I said, "Oh, you mean the weeds?"). The greens were too small. The turf was like cement. You had to keep your carts on the path -- which were always 50 yards from the greens or fairways (I don't pay for a cart so I can walk 50 yards to and from every shot).
And as if the course wasn't bad enough, the wind made the experience all the more awful -- it blew like a twenty dollar crack whore. And then the guy I played with was a freaking cheater. I'd watch him hit two balls in the native vegetation, hit a flyer out of the sand, three putt and then tell me to put him down for a bogey.
What a forgettable Father's day. I should have just gone to Show Club.
