Good showing by the Americans with Hall at 4th and Meb at 5th. About what most people expected out of them.
I was a little disappointed in their text messaging update system. They were supposed to send splits at miles 6, 13, 18 and finish for those bib numbers that you sign up to follow. Still waiting.... -

My buddy did 3:29. He was pretty consistent the whole way. At each of the splits it had his predicted time between 3:28 and 3:29. I think he was hoping for sub-3:25, so i hope he's not disappointed at all. Its still very fast.Originally posted by Surfah View PostComment

I wonder why it takes so long. Houston has a ton of people, but they got their texts out on time. I talked to my friend after the race yesterday. She was disappointed with her time, but she said she didn't train for it so she wasn't too upset. She also flew home to Utah at 5pm yesterday without a shower. She was not looking forward to that flight."Nobody listens to Turtle."-TurtlesigpicComment
