    The Daily Plate

I started out tracking my calories on Fitday thanks to Pelagius. But about 6 months ago I switched to The Daily Plate.

The Daily Plate is kind of busy and it took me awhile to get into it. But once I did I liked it much better. Anyway for those of you who may have been turned off by Daily Plate before, give it another chance. Today they redesigned the entire site and the interface is much more intuitive. It looks sharp and is easy to use.

I agree! I think it's much easier to use than FitDay and has many more foods already listed. I've used it for the last two days with minimal inconvenience.

I'll give it another try. Thanks.

        Looks pretty simple to me.

I'm going to give it a try.

Does it let you keep weight and fitness goals like Fitday? Or does that cost money?
Kids in general these days seem more socially retarded...

None of them date. They hang out. They text. They sit in the same car or room and don't say a word...they text. Then, they go home and whack off to internet porn.

I think that's the sad truth about why these kids are retards.

It will let you input current weight, how much you want to lose, and then determine how many calories you need to be at daily. Right now I have mine set to about 2100 calories/day. You can enter this as well as your workouts all for free. You can chart your weight too daily. However I think there is time limit to how long it saves data. You have to pay for unlimited and other special features.

I paid the 45.00 for the year.

I am 3 days in using it.

My breakfast Monday morning took up half of my caloric intake. Ouch.

Did much better yesterday and today so far.

I had one of those delicious Breakfast Burgers from Carls yesterday. I don't even want to know the damage that did.

I was up at 3:30 am yesterday taking my MIL to the airport. By 6 am I was starving as I went straight to work and hit the McD drive-thru. Big mistake. 1400 calories.

Daily plate says I need to consume over 5k calories a day to reach my weight goals.

I showed this to my wife the other day and she has really liked the site. I saw her put a recipe on the site today.

It really is a slick site.
