    Ha! I upgraded phones two months ago and still got granfathered. Somebody missed the memo on that one.

      I wasn't grandfathered in either. The Apple guy wouldn't let me buy the phone without switching! I had heard that old plans were being grandfathered in, but based on what the Apple guy said, I thought it was just a rumor. I'm calling AT&T today to be put back on the unlimited plan.
