I'm glad they've updated things, but the way it was done just seems like they're skirting the issue of how the HC applies to sexual assault victims. I didn't read everything (just the press release and Q&A) but enough to understand that the Title IX office will redact victims names before handing the cases to the HC office. That makes it seem like they're not really fixing the problem, just masking the names from the HC office so they can't enforce the HC with relation to the victims, but they would if they could.
