When will Pocatello get a temple?

    When will Pocatello get a temple?

    I figured Twin would eventually get one, Rexburg a surprise but so was them granting bachelor degrees. Probably wouldn't,t be temple if they only granted associates degrees still. Prophecies of Oakley getting temple, could be hearsay though. Meridian ten miles away gets Temple and zero saints will be helped by proximity there. To alleviate overcrowding.

    So when will Pocatello get a temple? Don,t know if story is true or not but when they were looking to build temple in eastern Idaho Pocatello didn,t want it so had to get moved to Idaho Falls and Pocatello went to shits since then and IF has thrived. May be a major bull shit story and if true could be no suitable site for temple same as you change mind on home, church school or hospital. Doubt that story is true.

    An hour from Idaho Falls, over an hour from Logan and Brigham City will we hear Pocatello Idaho anytime soon?

    Pocatello got a good consolation prize-- that cool double stake center/ISU institute complex adjacent to that new ISU arts center that you can see from the freeway.

          Pocatello went downhill fast after the Mercedes dealership there was replaced with a Kia dealership. No wonder the Lord has been slow to hasten his work in that town.

                I toured the temple on the way down to the Utah State BYU game. Do to covid no video or refreshments. Wore BYU sweater not Sunday clothes in temple. Didn’t dress for IF open house either. Took BYU hat off in temple. Surprised they didn’t have dedication to all of Idaho just temple district. Thought about going to American Falls to watch it.

                During if renovation and even after several of the Saints in a county that provides electricity made there way to Twin Falls. I remember hearing priest baptizing there sisters in TF. Won’t get much Beaver or bulldog fans our way anymore. Pocatello finally got there temple.
