The plastic surgeon I rotated with was a huge advocate of the undersized implant. Frequently, people gravitate towards the big ones (all of the plastics guys have samples in their offices). A smaller (maybe I should term this as "appropriate") sized implant looked and felt more natural. I never saw in my two months someone say they wished they had larger implants, but several wished thet they had gone with smaller.
FWIW, it is very entertaining to watch people ostensibly go in interested in a tummy tuck, but they are really interetsed in implants. It sometimes takes a while to break that ice.
