Yes. In the audio recording she took, I believe he thought he was talking with the other woman. Maybe it's just dementia, but I seem to recall that the other incident was specifically addressed with the church years later.

Based on experiences I've sadly been privy to, I always think it's best to give the accused the benefit of the doubt for the reasons you state. President Bishop may not have raped this lady, but he also probably shouldn't have been talking about her boobs and his sex life (things he seems to confess in their interview, IIRC).

I tend to agree with giving the accused of not the benefit of the doubt, at least an opportunity to defend themselves. Having seen sexual assault accusations second hand (which I’m fairly certain were made up), and seeing people rush to support the accuser in spite of any proof and despite considerable proof as to the credibility of the accuser, it can be a very difficult situation for all.

newnamenoah (no relation to myboynoah AFAIK) started an underground temple rec trading scheme to help non-rec holding family members attend weddings in addition to let curious people enter the temple. He got a lot of street cred with the apostate folk for sticking it to the man.

Then he upped the ante and talked about how he was going to sneak some porn actors and a film crew into the temple and somehow film a very artistic version of the Garden of Eden or something like that within the walls of the temple. Even the exmos thought doing that was going too far.
