So you would have to bring your tablet, ignore what is actually being taught in church and watch the movie online. Got it.

you are out of your league, kid.

LOL, at least tangling with me you won't be dealing with someone who needs to make stuff up in order to tangle.

Whenever you get involved in a conversation with TD, you just have to know that at some point there is a very good chance he will start making things up. It's how he rolls.

Is DDD making friends again? I swear that guy's appetite for networking knows no bounds.

Also, I don't know enough about Eve as a person...what does she like, what does she think, is she intelligent, etc? So how can I assess whether I find her attractive?
The Eve everyone is discussing in this thread is in my ward. She's a very good singer/songwriter (I went to one of her small shows a few weeks back) and has a fairly successful theater career going. She and her husband (Adam) are two of the nicest people I've ever met.

Back in that days of templemovie version 2.0, I remember one time I went and got emotional when the phrase "be happy" was mentioned in the movie. I latched onto that for awhile, because I took it as inspiration. Each subsequent time I went I would expect to feel the same with that phrase, but no dice. I did learn that there are some good artists though.

I was a terrible temple attender, so I learned very little.

This is true. I think the church is following the trend and rolling out trilogies similar to Bourne, LotR, Batman, Hunger Games, etc.

I don't really love the temple, but I've learned some cool things while there. I don't get when people go there for inspiration. Seems like a weird place to go to find inspiration as I tend to find more inspiration in the shower or while running. It's also weird that people want their kids to touch the temple...like there is some magical spiritual power flowing through the reinforced concrete. I guess if try really hard to make it seem like a magical place from infancy then it will feel that way when they actually go in.

It's not really that hard. They even tell you when you're supposed to wake up.

It was a pretty big rage a couple years ago...especially for a Primary activity.

The late Elder Matthew Cowley, who was a member of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles, once recounted the Saturday afternoon experience of a grandfather as hand in hand he took his small granddaughter on a birthday visit—not to the zoo or to the movies but to the temple grounds. With permission of the groundskeeper, the two walked to the large doors of the temple. He suggested that she place her hand on the sturdy wall and then on the massive door. Tenderly he then said to her, “Remember that this day you touched the temple. One day you will go inside.” His gift to the little one was not candy or ice cream but an experience far more significant and everlasting—an appreciation of the house of the Lord. She had touched the temple, and the temple had touched her.

I seem to recall a BYU biology professor who said something like "if you pay attention to the order life forms were created as described in the endowment it sounds a lot like the order in which life evolved on earth."

The next time I went to the temple I paid attention to that and I kind of understood what he was saying.

Haven't been to the temple in years but gotta say now I'm curious about slutty Eve.

So is the order in the endowment the official Mo version, or is it the one in the PoGP? They aren't the same.

I'm not sure why Cardiac and DDD like slutty women. I personally prefer sexy women but that's just me
