A few of you saw my post over the weekend on why people leave the church. I got a ton of board mails from people who were out or only partially in, one from a bishop who wanted to learn more so he could understand his parishioners, one from a guy who thought I went too far in posting it, and several from people who appreciated the statement.

CB has a very vocal contingent of zealots. Everybody else stays out I the religion category for the most part, just as orthodox members tend to stay out of the The Foyer here sometimes. It's not a monolithic site no matter how much it acts like it.
