ill have with what we put on our planets. God does not need to know Chemistry and Math he is the author of the laws. Scientists could detrhone him if that was the case.

God of course is perfect been doing this for what I read 2 Billion 355 million years or so. Lacks nothing in integrity and is all knowing and powerful. Cannot make a rock to big he cannot move it as there are many things he cannot do. Lie do what is in the best interst of his children die and so forth.

That said how much leeway will we have with our Spirit Children and what we put on our planets? I would not mind having Oceans and Rivers of Sprite and tasting that if I get the oppurtunity to have a world of my own. And I don't care to put House cats on any of my planets. Spirit kids won't know what they are.

There are animals on other planets of ours that John saw that we cannot comprehend. Wonder about our choices as Gods those who create worlds.

I'm not convinced that God is the author of natural laws. Did he create the laws? Or does he operate within their framework? Or did his great-great-great grandfather create them?

God follows science. He works within that framework. As a man of faith and science, this is my only way of reconciling the two.

For instance, evolution was God's way of creating man. Our early prophets got it wrong, that's ok, we all make mistakes.

In regards to the sprite, I'm down with that as long as we have a better pancreas and some how figure out how to decrease the amount of ATP formed from the TCA cycle while keeping things non-toxic.

Grape, these are really fine thoughts. Thanks for sharing them. If I thought that I had the capacity to become a God, I think I would share your curiosity about what this might entail.

I just know that visiting your worlds will definitely be on my to-do list in the afterlife, Grape.

                      "Ajedrez"

                      I

En su grave rincón, los jugadores
rigen las lentas piezas. El tablero
los demora hasta el alba en su severo
ámbito en que se odian dos colores.

                      Adentro irradian mágicos rigores
                      las formas: torre homérica, ligero
                      caballo, armada reina, rey postrero,
                      oblicuo alfil y peones agresores.

Cuando los jugadores se hayan ido,
cuando el tiempo los haya consumido,
ciertamente no habrá cesado el rito.

En el Oriente se encendió esta guerra
cuyo anfiteatro es hoy toda la tierra.
Como el otro, este juego es infinito.

                      II

                      Tenue rey, sesgo alfil, encarnizada

                      --Jorge Luis Borges

I predict within five years we get a general conference talk saying these are speculative doctrines which we don't understand and ask church members to stop discussing them.

I'm with grapevine on this one....no house cats on my planets, either.

A river of Sprite sounds fun in theory but my guess is that it would get boring once the carbonation completely dissolved.

As long as I get to have Dr. Pepper and Radiohead, and as long as I don't have to wear a white Mu-Mu everywhere, I'll be pleased.
