You say Amy Adams is a loss but don't mention Heigl? Heigl is every bit as tragic if not moreso.Originally posted by Borderline Divine View PostNow losing Amy Adams is a major blow to the LDS church. You just don't let somebody like that walk out the door.
Lest anyone mistake my intention here, I'm referring to her eternal salvation.
But she'll be welcome to join me in outer darkness. Eternity would pass like the twinkling of an eye.

I consider myself a great apostate. I don't believe but I'm proud of my heritage, supportive of those who choose to believe and I don't spend my time obsessing about how stupid the rest of you are, like someone else here does...
I am also quite great at being an apostate.

Going to have to disagree. Even with Eckhart's departure, we're still only down one good actor. Maybe if you combine Eckhart and Ryan Gosling, we can make it an even two.....Originally posted by NorthwestUteFan View PostIn that case, same with Aaron Eckhart. That makes two good actors leaving the synagogue.Jesus wants me for a sunbeam.

Heigl is less tragic because of her plans to come back.Originally posted by Portland Ute View PostYou say Amy Adams is a loss but don't mention Heigl? Heigl is every bit as tragic if not moreso.
Eliza Dushku is obviously the most tragic of all.So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

Although, you have to love her "my brother and I would bail from the minivan and run into the woods on the way to church" story. At least she was apostate from an early age.Originally posted by MarkGrace View PostHeigl is less tragic because of her plans to come back.

I think he's always very vague about his affiliation with the Church (not dissimilar from Huntman's recent answers about religious affiliation).Originally posted by MarkGrace View PostHas Eckhart completely checked out? I know as of a couple years ago he hadn't (friend was in his ward).
I wish his acting career would completely check out, though.Jesus wants me for a sunbeam.

I don't understand the hate. He was good in that movie, and also as Harvey Dent in The Dark Knight.
He was even pretty good in Erin Brockobitch.
I didn't see Rabbit Hole, but hear he was pretty solid in that one too.

Maybe I'm missing something, but I find him to be unbelieveable and fairly horrible in every role I've seen him play.Originally posted by NorthwestUteFan View PostExhibit #1.
