Everything I know about the ancient world, I learned watching The Land of Lost as a child. It goes without saying, I'm not one of the cuf smart guys. It is interesting the picture they show on the main photo is a tree-like engraving. -
As not one of the ancient world smart guys, this is pretty interesting. But the thing is tiny, can it really have much content? (never mind. Another article mentions that it is a collection of 70 of these tiny books, which seems much more significant). If it is 1st century then whatever is says is pretty important. But if it's 3rd century, would it be much of a big deal?
It's much more interesting for Christian history than it is as a BOM prototype, which it does not appear to be in the slightest. Though that was the main thrust of what someone on CB posted about this.
Another question. Why have only a few sentences been translated from the text in 5 years?Comment

It doesnt shock me they are likely fakes given that the story of their dsicovery was so inconcsistent (one guy claims to have literally stumbled over them in the desert and another guy claims they have been in his family for a hundred years). It always amazes me how there can be so many of these fakes out there but every once in a while one of the stories gets legs, like this one. You wonder why that is.PLesa excuse the tpyos.Comment
