Are female "genaral authorities" paid like their male counterparts?

I don't think that they do. If you look at the some of the bios of the male auxilary leaders some of them appear to still have outside employment:

Sunday School President:

Brother Osguthorpe holds multiple degrees from Brigham Young University, including a PhD in instructional psychology. He currently serves as director of the Center for Teaching and Learning and as a professor in the Department of Instructional Psychology and Technology at Brigham Young University

First Counselor in Sunday School:

Brother McConkie is an attorney practicing law at a Salt Lake City–based law firm. He received his law degree from the University of Utah.

Young men President:

Brother Beck is an executive with a manufacturing and distribution company and serves on the board of a technology college

First Counselor in Young men:

Brother Gibson’s professional career has been in the technology sector where he worked as vice president and chief information officer of a Fortune 500 company.

Second Counsel in Young men:

Brother Ochoa has worked in advertising and film production in the United States and Mexico. He and his wife Nancy oversee humanitarian work in Latin America...

I don't know how often they update these bios or if I am reading too much into the words here. Plus nothing says that they cannot still receive a stipend from the church for their callings while they are working. So if the men don't receive any funds then I would guess that the ladies do not either, but what do I know.

P.S. Since they only update the sunday school manuels once a decade is we are lucky, that has got to be the easiest leadership gig there is. I hope that they don't get paid for that.
