The image is a letter from the European Area Presidency to local authorities in Europe announcing the closing of the Geneva Switzerland mission. They'll incorporate its boundaries into Paris and Toulouse.

It's too bad for the members in po-dunk towns. Missionaries will now be even more concentrated in the biggest cities only.

When I was in Marseille 15 years ago, there were five French-speaking Europe missions: Belgium, Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Geneva. Now there are three: Belgium, Paris, Toulouse.
