  • The lady that just spoke in my ward is about my age, early 30s, and spoke about how she joined the church 10 years ago she said that though she did not see perfection in the church, she saw happiness. It was a wonderfully delivered message.

The hymn after her speech was "Onward Christian Soldiers", the final verse begins with
Onward, then, ye people; Join our happy throng. Blend with pura your voices. In the triumph song.
It was one of the nicest spiritual moments I've felt in a long time and a welcome experience during what has been a rough couple of weeks.

That sounds like a great meeting; I wish I had been there. Our speaker basically talked about the recruiting process he went through before deciding to play basketball for CEU.
      Not that, sickos.

        • That is a strange chapel, JL. Is that area to the right of the pulpit open?
Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

Good eye. We attended church in Maryland today and it was a very unique chapel. Not deep at all but the pews wrap around the pulpit in a large semicircle that is almost 180 degrees.

That looks like a very diverse ward.
