Didn't the Marriott guy claim it on 60 minutes?

I'm pretty sure Samuel was wearing his garments when he was high up on the wall (I had this mentioned once when I was a youth).

        Snort.

Aren't Nephi and Samuel always depicted wearing sleeveless clothes?

And didn't Moroni show up to Joseph Smith wearing only a white robe, so that Joseph could "see into his breast"?

I'm way less righteous than any of these people, so by following their examples, I should be better off, right?

I'm pretty sure that Moroni had just come from doing initiatories at the time.

If that's the case, Joseph would have seen into more than Moroni's breast.

Just like garments, initiatory clothing has been shortened quite a bit over the last 150+ years.

I could handle going commando under a big flowy robe. Doesn't sound so bad to me.

I always thought that picture of Moroni reminded me of Victor Mature in that old movie "Samson and Delilah".

All things are possible to him that believeth. If you have enough faith your garments will protect you, they will. If you have enough faith if you pay tithing, you will be a millionaire, you will. If you have enough faith BYU will win a national championship with all RM's, they will. Need I go on.

No underwear solves lots of problems and creates others. I think they are called children?

Moroni's robe, however, does vaguely resemble the one piece of lingerie I received from my bridal shower (have I told the story about my mom throwing me a Personal Preparedness and Food Storage bridal shower before?).

I don't think so. Sounds like some good sexy fun! I'd love to hear about it.

It does actually say specificly in the HoI that you can make your own temple clothing by obtaining a patern, but not garments.

Good thought. I don't think we've included lingerie into our food storage yet. How many pieces do you think you'll need to last one year?
