"Wuap's "problem" is that he is smart & principled & committed to a moral course of action. His actions are supposed to reflect his ethical code.

It used to be 10 minutes. The new road has cut off 3 minutes. A 7 minute commute isn't too bad.
My longest commute was 30 minutes when I lived in Iowa."Discipleship is not a spectator sport. We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes. And yet for some, “spectator discipleship” is a preferred if not primary way of worshipping." -Pres. Uchtdorf

Am I the only one being honest with this poll?"The first thing I learned upon becoming a head coach after fifteen years as an assistant was the enormous difference between making a suggestion and making a decision."
"They talk about the economy this year. Hey, my hairline is in recession, my waistline is in inflation. Altogether, I'm in a depression."

I live in Utah and I used to have a 10 minute commute. Then they built our ward a new building and now it's 15 minutes (in the opposite direction).
I live a half-mile away from an old church building (it looks like a house), but it's been vacant/abandoned for quite a while."I'm going to go back to CUF now, where the censorship is less, the average IQ is higher, and we don't have to deal with so much of this nonsense. Goodbye." - SoonerCoug

Ha....The same thing happened to us. Before we moved, they built a new chapel and moved us from the chapel a block way to about a 10-15 minute commute. In Utah. I think we once counted 6 buildings that would have been closer. JIC can attest.Originally posted by The Fourth Nephite View PostI live in Utah and I used to have a 10 minute commute. Now I'm 7 minutes. Indiana, we were 35, Michigan 15. I can't believe there are so many short commutes on here.Last edited by ERCougar; 04-27-2010, 05:33 AM.At least the Big Ten went after a big-time addition in Nebraska; the Pac-10 wanted a game so badly, it added Utah

Mine is about 20-25 minutes. Our old building is about 10-15 minutes away. But they decided to build our stake center out in BFE. I miss having our church building 3 minutes away like it was in Utah.Originally posted by Indy Coug View Post15 to 20 minutes"Nobody listens to Turtle."-Turtlesigpic
