Has anyone else downloaded & tried out the new Gospel Library iPhone app? It is an "official" publication by the LDS Church. I found out about it last night from the home page of lds.org.

Back when I had a PocketPC, I used the YanceyWare reader. It was great because you could get just about any LDS publication. You could annotate and bookmark verses.
This one looks like it has all the features that I liked about Yancey. I just downloaded the SW as well as the Hymnal and Gospel Principles. There is a very decent selection of other LDS publications available. You also have the ability to create and save cross-references between two verses, in addition to being able to annotate or bookmark verses.
Conference talks from a few General Conferences ago are available for download. I'm sure in the near future many additional GC talks will be up. Downloading is simple--much easier than Yancey's system. After I installed the app, I was able to manage my library from within the app and downloaded everything I wanted in a few minutes. Pretty slick.
The app also gives you the option to open up a new window (just like how the Safari browser works on the iPhone) so you can look at a second reference without losing your place at the first. A "full screen" mode lets you fit a little more text on the screen. One noticable feature that is missing is a landscape view. I imagine that the next version would include that feature.
Anyway, it's nice to be able to consolidate everything into one app like Yancey did. I no longer need to download the Gospel Principles lesson on the browser each week.
