I've read it, listened to it, and watched dozens of different youtube treatments of it over the last several years, and it's still one of the most beautiful passages of writing I've ever come across.

It sounds like someone is doing an impression of Carl Sagan.

I've a funny story on perspective. - I was hiring some young people for a inbound phone calls. As I watched a car pull up from my office window, I noticed that the car had a mini spare on it. I thought that's the person I need to hire, she had a flat on the way to a job interview, and still got there on time. The interview went well, (for a $10 a hour job) and with my first impression intact, I hired her, and she proved to be a very good employee. Six months later she was still driving on that mini spare, till I took her to Les Schwab and bought her a whole new set of tires.

That's a passage from Carl Sagan's "Pale Blue Dot" read by the author for the audiobook version.
