As for Seventy I guessed on General Authorities, but every Area Seventy that received a call to preside over a mission will be released as well as those called to be General Authorities. And most that were called 5 years ago that won't be called to be Ga's or Mp's will be released.
Were will some Ga's be from. Maybe the less developed Pacific Islands or West Africa. Had an East African Ga. All Pacific Islanders were of European Decent. As well as one of the African Ga's. So could get a few from the less developled world. Interesting to see there.
