    I'm not going to judge him. It's his decision to make and he's made it. I will say that I don't think I'd have made the same decision. All the same, I respect his.

    He tried to rent it and there has been no interest, especially when there are new apartments (it's a condo in an old building) across the streets that are renting for less than what he could afford to rent it for. It literally came down to a decision between walking away and sucking it up and staying.
