This was in response to an earlier CB thread about "the best two years". I can buy that a mission can be a "good" or "very good" two years, but I don't buy for a second that it will ultimately end up being someone's best two years in the long run, unless for some the reasons listed in the poll.Originally posted by wuapinmon View PostComment

I babysat for 15 of the 24 months.
But those 9 months that I didn't were absolutely fantastic.
And I would do it all over again. Even if I had to put up with the 15 months of babysitting.

Actually, Kamchatka was a blast, for the two weeks I spent backpacking through there. Course I wasn't proseletyzing, but that place is just plain fun, especially if you like caviar. And volcanos. And great train rides.Comment
