Way too unsanitary to try and catch some z's in a locker room. My locker room rules: never take off your shoes, don't let anything touch the ground, get in and out as quickly as possible.
When I was a swimmer and had to get ready for classes in the locker room every morning, I was fast as lightning getting ready and out of there. It would gross me out seeing other people take their time and eat breakfast, read, etc. But, I'm a germ freak.Comment
