I thought I had asked this before, but I couldn't find the thread. I'm interested in some combined priesthood-RS meeting ideas to use on the 5th Sundays this year. I feel like my ward has heard me ramble enough and would like to have an interesting or at least useful discussion.

Choose any peripheral topic, e.g. Home/Visiting Teaching, Temple attendance, geneology, and give 10 minutes each to the RS, EQ, and HP presidents and let them go.
We have also talked about managing debt, emergency preparedness, etc. The rule seems to be to talk about anything other than actual doctrine.

Law of Chastity......and assign it to one of your counselors."Discipleship is not a spectator sport. We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes. And yet for some, “spectator discipleship” is a preferred if not primary way of worshipping." -Pres. Uchtdorf
