Wow...that is remarkably poorly-written. You know when some public figure tries to write something, either an op-ed piece or a guest column or whatnot, and it's soon painfully obvious that the person is not a writer. That's what that felt like. Only he is a writer.
I don't feel too threatened by this--most intelligent readers will be put off pretty quickly by the style.At least the Big Ten went after a big-time addition in Nebraska; the Pac-10 wanted a game so badly, it added Utah

I read the truth about the Godmakers. Never seen the movie or book myself. Also read a book called they lie in wait to deceive by people that really tell the anti's off. Catches them in all there snares.
As a missionary in Florida I heard all kinds of rumors that he was either a Bishop or Stake President. Got letter from fp that he is a son of perdition. Commited adultery twice and was exed. I guess some of his kids are active. Heard one was bishop.
But in that book his ex wife signed an affidat and told the story. He joined the church at Utah State but left after marriage. I am sure it was for adultery.
I did email the people at Mormon Research Ministry asking if he was guilty of several counts of Adultery. They said do biblical thing and ask. I sent them several not so nice emails. Haven't for some time.
No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper. Few people will remember his work when he is gone. Lot of urban legends about him though.Comment
