I'm not sure if your joke is sick, or funny, or sick and funny.

Has anybody else seen the praying hands on ORU campus? They are gi-friggin-ormous.

I've seen them back when I attended the BYU/Tulsa game. Easily the biggest hands I've ever seen.
"Discipleship is not a spectator sport. We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes. And yet for some, “spectator discipleship” is a preferred if not primary way of worshipping." -Pres. Uchtdorf

I think they're really super creepy. But then, so is the artwork he had done that shows Jesus building the ORU tower.

My memory was a little vague on Indy's reference, so I looked it up:

In January 1987, during a fundraising drive, Roberts announced to a television audience that unless he raised $8 million by that March, God would "call him home"

We went and paid homage in hopes it would help ORU bust their NCAA first-round slump. No go. (Shocking, I know.)

I thought the Prayer Tower was way creepier than the hands.

                Wow, that's bad writing!
"Wuap's "problem" is that he is smart & principled & committed to a moral course of action. His actions are supposed to reflect his ethical code.
