I just made some really good salmon, so I thought I'd share the recipe. You combine olive oil, with a bit of lemon juice and garlic, then brush it on the fish. Put that in the oven at 350 for about 15 minutes. While that's cooking, you can put the glaze together. All you need to do is mix 1/3 cup of spicy mustard (regular mustard works too) with 1/4 cup of brown sugar. When the fish is done baking, preheat the broiler and glaze the fish. This glaze is enough for six servings, but you can always make the glaze as thick or thin as you like. Broil that until the glaze is bubbling and gets a bit brown (well, more brown) on top, which should take around 3 minutes, then enjoy. The flavors work surprisingly well together.

MMmmm. Asparagus. That's one of the vegetables I hated as a kid, but it's one of my favorites now.Originally posted by Fiyero View PostThanks! I had this today with sauteed asparagus. The only changes I made were baking for 20 minutes instead of 15, and not adding brown sugar. It was a great meal. Not that, sickos.
