I've been playing with Statman's recipe for Buffalo Wings. First I tried his sauce on some fried wings I brought home. The sauce was freakin' unbelievably good. And authentic. So now I'm making the wings from scratch. I think he says fry in peanut oil.
For you buffalo wing devotees out there, do you fry up the second and third joints of the wings separately? Or do you throw in the entire 3-joint wing?
