    I am a big fan. I love his show Chasing the Yum. I think it only got one season on the Veria Network. But it is very good. I love how he visits LA restaurants, shows these chefs preparing the dishes, and then recreates it in his kitchen. His explanation of flavors in Asian cooking is great. Watching an episode and you'll understand what Chasing the Yum means. I believe he stopped taping because he headed to Vegas. I wonder how his Restaurant at Wynn is doing. It still airs and if you have Veria channel and like Asian cuisine. This is top notch.

    Since nobody thinks he's as cool as I do, I thought I'd let you all know that tonight I cooked Sezchuan spicy green beans and tofu as a side to chicken and tofu pad Thai. It was amazing. And I used his recipes. They're on his site below.

    I wish I had a special wok burner to get it super hot. The stove I cook on has a 17,000 BTU burner. It still came out well though and the wok
