That is where it is at. Come on CJ, that is BY the UM?

Sure my point had bearing in this discussion: you responded to my disparaging of In-N-Out by comparing prices and insinuating that cheaper is therefore better.

My comparison points for food are based in quality, not price. We were just talking past each other.

So now the sucky part. That intersection is as crowded as it gets in Utah already. Should make for a fun right turn.

Nothing says tasty double cheese burger like these choice words of God:

The LORD is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him. Nahum 1:7

This is totally worth both of our time, so let's continue the discussion.

Price is only one factor. In reality, I was saying (and should have said clearer) that even if the quality of the food was equal (which I don't believe it is), then In-N-Out is still better b/c its 3 to 4 bucks cheaper. Plus, as IJR pointed out, they pay their workers a decent wage.

You then pointed out that McDonald's was also cheaper than Apollo, which is not germane to the discussion b/c I was talking about price only as a secondary condition, all other things being equal.

                    But I do like McDonald's.

I never intended to make the point that McDonald's is cheaper than Apollo, as that is very clear.

So if I understand you correctly, not only is In-N-Out cheaper than Apollo, it is also better food. If that is your position, then I cannot begrudge you favoring the In-N-Out. More power to you.

My position is that In-N-Out food is mediocre at best and not even worth what they charge, as cheap as they are. As such, I am more than happy to spend more money on better food at Apollo.

Man, you made this debate boring, what with your "to each his own opinion" take.

I can't win here. I take this tack and I'm boring. I go for a more aggressive approach and I'm a dick.

                            I like Crown Burger. I like In-n-Out.

Now that I typed it, this seems like it should be in the Random Thoughts thread.

I tend to agree. My point was that Lingo's post was the "Utahn who feel like
little brother to Californian" party line.
