Sorry folks, my vote is not just a no on the tree room, but a hell no. I have never been to a restaurant that was more overpriced and overrated. Everything was organic, which would have been fine, had they actually used quality ingredients. Apparently in keeping with the tree room theme, everything on my plate that wasn't from an animal had the same flavor and texture of a willow tree. The four green beans that came with my steak may have been good had they been harvested in the same year they were planted. I used my steak knife to cut them. The salad was equally woody, and it made me wonder if the staff employed a local beaver to do the taste testing.

The portion sizes were barely large enough to fill a small rodent. My steak was the size of a silver dollar, and it tasted like it came from an animal that was too old to team rope anymore. After dinner, and I'm not making this up, we went to McDonald's. My tree room experience formed my opinion that organic is synonymous for overpriced, marginal tasting fare.
