Does anyone have a source for these? I want to smoke some turkey breasts but all the ones I can find here are frozen and have been enhanced with a saltwater brine. I am looking for minimally processed so I can brine my own and not have them overly salty. I think Bam Bam's use boneless skinless for their turkey, but maybe not.
