So I ended up getting a pack of these. There are 44! It says on the package to use them within 20 days of opening them. I'm not sure we can down 2.2 tortillas per day for 20 straight days. Are you guys really eating that many tortillas?
At least the Big Ten went after a big-time addition in Nebraska; the Pac-10 wanted a game so badly, it added Utah

Mrs. Donut brought home some Tia Rosa brand "Tortilla Bread" from Target the other day. It is fat, gordita style bread, which proved to be a nice change of pace for our chicken tacos.

Today, I took the two left over pieces and made what I intended to be a quesadilla. However, after melting the cheddar between the slices in the microwave and then toasting the sides in an omelette pan (with butter and olive oil), it turned out to be the most delicious grilled cheese sandwich I've ever made, either intentionally or accidentally. The bread got nice and crispy on the outside, but was still soft and fluffy on the inside. I can't wait to buy some more and make brie and green apple grilled sandwiches (my favorite grilled cheese recipe, suggested by MG).

In short, Tia Rosa Tortilla Bread is good stuff. Probably not very authentic, but delicious nonetheless.
Prepare to put mustard on those words, for you will soon be consuming them, along with this slice of humble pie that comes direct from the oven of shame set at gas mark “egg on your face”! -- Moss

There's three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who's got the same first name as a city; and never go near a lady's got a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, everything else is cream cheese. --Coach Finstock

You obviously have never had RobinFinderson's world famous grilled cheese sandwiches.

ps there is no cheese in his sandwiches, fyi

Same problem here. And like I said, if you freeze half of them, they don't cook as well after being thawed.

Just so you guys know Walmart just started carrying these. I spoke with my Mexican neighbor and asked her what types of Toritillas to buy she said to buy the uncooked ones from Tortillaland, she said Costco carrys them and also Walmart now. We went to Walmart last Saturday and they had them, picked up a pack of 20 (they dont carry the double pack, 20 runs 3.49). It says to use them within 20 days of opening, I was worried we couldnt get through them, but in less than a weeks time we have about 6 left. My daughter loves when I make one with a little butter and jelly, she has been going nuts.

                  Good find DDD and others.
