I'm almost exclusively on Grape Nuts right now b/c of its protein content. 6.3 grams per serving (1/2 cup). That's a ton more than any other brand cereal out there.

I give a nice to SpaceGhost for his reply, though. It was funny. And if I am not mistaken, he is definitely the resident cold cereal expert.Fitter. Happier. More Productive.

When did sweetened cereal get worse? I had a bowl of Golden Grahams tonight for the first time in a few years, and they just don't taste like they once did. They're not as sweet as I remember them. I truly don't think it's a memory issue--they are definitely not as sweet as they once were. Has the health movement affected our cereal recipes?Prepare to put mustard on those words, for you will soon be consuming them, along with this slice of humble pie that comes direct from the oven of shame set at gas mark “egg on your face”! -- Moss
There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, and everything else is cream cheese. --Coach Finstock

At this very moment I'm eating the Malt-o-Meal version of Captain Crunch with Crunchberries. It's awesome."Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance and the gospel of envy; its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery." - Winston Churchill
