  • Under Pressure (Cooker)

So my wife requested and received a pressure cooker for Christmas. I cooked the initial meal last night - pork tenderloin with red potatoes and carrots. It turned out pretty well. The kids all wanted seconds. My only real complaint was the boiled taste of the potatoes and, to a lesser extent, carrots.

Do any of you have/use pressure cookers? What are the best things to make in them? What are your favorite recipes? What tips do you have for making the most of our new kitchen equipment?

As a former employee of KFC, I guess I should have thought of that. Of course, I skipped the kitchen and worked directly as a cashier.

That really helped me get the interview. I think my interpersonal skills is what closed the deal, though.

When I took that job, I was actually planning on attending the University of Utah. By the time I left that job, I had decided to go to BYU instead.
