Summer feeding programs

Seems like there are free summer feeding programs. To help families with other bills. Thing is there is no free lunch someone had to pay for it. Someone elses sweat paid for there meal. Money earned by someone taken from them. Thing is since government can't create wealth when the money for that runs out who will provide the food?

We survived without that program before can we do so now? Will have to eventually besides someone has to pay and that is a form of theft if you ask me.
