  • San Francisco comes to Utah

    Up in Park City specifically.

One of the best named new restaurants in the country is now up there.

I enjoy reading this blog in the Tribune....also an interesting entry about a new Sudanese restaurant.

The most interesting of which is the housemade charcuterie (French meat specialties such as country pate, rabbit rillette and duck liver mousse).
You know you're writing for a Utah food blog when you have to explain what charcuterie is. But the restaurant does look interesting.
So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

The menu at Spruce looks pretty good. I wonder what the prices will be like relative to the SF location. Having the overhead associated with a super fancy hotel like that certainly won't help, but maybe they'll be just a touch lower.

I wonder if Park City tourism has taken the same hit that Las Vegas and other touristy places have. The new Waldorf Astoria resort in Park City (The Dakota) is offering a fourth night free when you stay three at the rack rate of $179, plus an additional $400 in food and leisure credits. An $1116 value for $537.
