  • I am now a proud owner of a Bradley Smoker!

So I had talked Mrs. FM into getting me one for Father's Day, after we get moved (why move one more thing). But then we were at Cabela's the other night and they were on sale. I picked up the 4-rack non-digital for $250. The cheapest I had found on ebay was about $100 more than that so we jumped on it.

    I'm stoked!

Lucky! Keep us posted on how you like it. How are you going to christen it? Pork or beef? With the digital temperature controls you can smoke cheese.

I think I'll do some ribs first. Baby backs most likely (sorry cowboy). Or maybe a brisket.

I would have loved to get the digital but it was almost twice as much as this one ...

Whoops! I missed the non-digital part of your post.

Ribs are one thing that I'd love to figure out, but I haven't been able to get them quite right. Please post your methods.
