  • Almonds

If you are looking for a snack food to take the place of junk over the holidays I don't think you can do any better than almonds. High in protein, heart healthy and they turn your body into a smoothie making machine. You can't beat it.

Why would I want my body to turn into a smoothie-making machine? Not that smoothies aren't delicious, but my blender in the kitchen works just fine.

I like almonds, but I can't eat them plain. I need salty almonds or smoky almonds or bbq habanero almonds.

Will this sodium enhanced almonds still be able to turn my body into a smoothie making machine?

Almonds are great. I pretty much always have a bag of raw almonds in my desk at work to snack on.
So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

That's how I am. I don't like the texture unless they have something on them.

I eat one of these about every 2/3 weeks. With a glass of Diet Pepsi/Coke/Dr. Pepper, you can't beat this combo as a TV companion.

My wife likes the raw almonds, and once I roasted some of hers, when I ran out. Without salt or flavoring, they were just as good as the Smokehouse brand.

Maybe like one of those machines that blends the vanilla and chocolate together.
