    Looking for a Chocolate Bund Cake recipe

    This Thursday and Friday are my last two teaching days of the semester before I switch gears for summer. I usually bake for my students on the last day of class. Last weekend I picked up a bund cake form, so I will probably bake them cakes.

    Does anyone have a good chocolate bund cake recipe? I'm thinking I would like to make something with zucchini. If I can't find something worthy of my students I will probably just switch to giant peanut butter cookies and milk, and they will be just as pleased (except for the poor kid with a peanut allergy).

    Well, this doesn't have zucchini in it, but it's really good:

    I have made it from a box and I have also made the Hershey chocolate cake recipe (on the back of their dry baking chocolate) and added the extras to it as well. Both are yummy.
    What's to explain? It's a bunch of people, most of whom you've never met, who are just as likely to be homicidal maniacs as they are to be normal everyday people, with whom you share the minutiae of your everyday life. It's totally normal, and everyone would understand.

      Hmmm... looks decadent. It is definitely in the consideration list.

        I melted chocolate chips in sweetened condensed milk and topped it with that.
